3. Partial Refunds

In certain cases where work has not been completed or services were not delivered as agreed, partial refunds may be issued at the discretion of Boost SMM, based on the percentage of work completed.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may request service cancellations before project commencement for a full refund.

  • If a project is canceled after work has started, refunds will be prorated based on completed tasks and resources allocated.

5. Payment Disputes

Any disputes regarding payments or refunds must be communicated to Boost SMM within 7 days of the invoice or service delivery. Claims made after this period may not be considered.
